Designed for life outdoors, the Saltbush Hat is handcrafted from premium Australian wool felt, delivering exceptional comfort without the stiff, structured feel of many traditional hats. The Explorer features a 7cm brim, offering the perfect balance of sun protection and effortless style.

Made from natural Australian wool, each hat is individually shaped by hand and finished with a genuine leather band, the Saltbush Hat combines timeless style with practical durability, designed to look better with age and wear.

One of its most loved features is its crushable, foldable design. Unlike rigid hats that require careful packing, the Saltbush Hat can be gently folded or crushed into your luggage and reshaped when you're ready to wear it, making it the perfect travel companion.

For the perfect fit, every hat includes a hidden adjustable inner band. Simply tighten or loosen the internal tab to achieve a secure and comfortable fit tailored to you. If your hat feels slightly snug when new, the natural wool felt can also be gently stretched for additional comfort over time.

As a natural fibre, wool felt will develop character throughout its journey with you. Exposure to sunlight, weather and everyday adventures may gradually soften the colour and create subtle signs of wear, adding to the unique story of your hat.

To find your best fit, measure the circumference of your head, about 25mm above your eye brows with a soft tape measure.

Our hats also come with an hidden adjustable inner band which can be loosed or tightened as needed.

If you are in between sizes, opt for the larger hat as the adjustable band can be tightened to remove approx 1cm in width.

All returns are processed through our returns centre on the Gold Coast, Australia.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within the 30-day return period.
  • Be in brand-new condition.
  • Show no signs of wear, use or damage.
  • Include all original tags.
